Open to all SEA players who have not placed top 4 in a WCS/EPT regional 'Challenger' style event in the last 3 years. (**List below) Eligibility resets semiannually/twice each year (January + July).

1st: 57% ($20), 2nd: 28.5% ($10), 3rd:  14.5% ($5) of min $35 + điểm OSC từ hạng 1 -> 8
